Disputes Portal

The purpose of this project is to provide complete transparency in the A-z Guarantee claim disputes process for both buyers and sellers including providing clear next steps, who is working on current step, and when a decision is expected. Also, by empowering sellers the opportunity to resolve buyer issues before being converted to claim, reduce incidents of seller ODR. All claim related events and history are persisted in the disputes portal and sellers are reminded of expiring windows of opportunity on their seller dashboard. As a result of this project, claims can manage claims in a structured self service way improving both buyer and seller customer expereince.
