Extending order management to mobile in the Amazon Seller app. Mobile Orders is fulfillment focused, orders are pre-prioritize by those that need to be shipped soonest. Sellers can review their orders, use their mobile device to pick and pack, and confirm order shipment with tracking number scan. In addition to parity of information, all browser supported order tools are accessible from the Amazon Seller app.

As mobile and seller order management SME, I collaborated with business, development, and design stakeholders to define and document the mobile order experience and feature set.

Artifacts include use cases, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and press release.
