Amazon Seller mobile app launch

Amazon Seller MVP Minimum Lovable Product

Amazon Mobile Seller App streamlines core selling functionality to provide quick actions, a simple interface, and anywhere access to a Seller’s business. With the Amazon Seller app users can source new inventory with barcode scanning and history, receive account activity push notifications, manage their offer status, communicate with buyers, and receive selling support via email and chat.

As senior UX design lead, I collaborated with leadership and stakeholders from across platform services and features to define long-term vision and launch feature set. Drove continuity of style and unity of functionality. Defined and negotiated terminology for app specific labels and advocated for continuity where labels already existed on Seller Central.

Additional responsibilities include user research, heuristic analysis, usability oversight, usage metrics and feedback tracking, and improvement backlog.

Artifacts include use cases, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, studies goals, usability scripts, and press release.
