Platform Notifications
Centralized seller communication system, built from the ground up, anticipates the personalized needs of users, pushing required actions, coaches suggestions, and delivers important business information. Sellers have the ability to customize their experience by taking into account their business volume, delivery method, and ensure compatibility with their existing business. Feature include multi-channel delivery, aggregation, scheduling, throttling, history, permissions, and status ubiquity. As senior UX designer, I led a design lab to bring stakeholders and critical thinkers together to envision what we would build. Supported and guided multiple designers to deliver governance, notification display, and user notification settings factoring for multiple recipients and channels.
